Windermere hired StarDesign to develop the overall branding for their new condominium development in Fremont, next to Lake Union.
We started with the design of the logo, creating an urban logo, for the urban setting. We then took the final logo and created the brochure, signage, advertisements and email advertising campaign. The results were clear, selling the majority of the condominiums upon construction completion.
