Problem: To develop the overall branding for Bagley Lofts, a condominium development located near the University of Washington on 45th Street in Seattle.
Solution: StarDesign developed the overall brand for this contemporary housing community, addressing the modern design and loft-style living. The overall brand encompassed everything from the logo design, presentation center graphics, to print collateral, advertising campaigns, email ads, email newsletter and website design. The results were a 80% of the units sold before construction was finished.
